When you submit your budget, Budget-AI calculates your savings rate and debt-to-income ratio, then streams tailored coaching — including age-aware tips if you share your age.

Do I have to share my age to get personalized advice?

Nope. Age is optional. Share it if you want age-aware insights (retirement runway, risk posture, priorities). If you skip it, you still receive universal best-practice coaching.

Reports & Exports

Can I download or email a PDF report?

Yes. After your analysis completes, you can download a polished PDF summary. If email export is enabled on your account, we’ll also send a print-ready copy to your inbox.

Tip: If the email doesn’t arrive, check Spam/Promotions and whitelist no-reply@financialqueen.app.

Do you support animated charts during the AI session?

Absolutely. The app streams tiny data packets into the UI so bars and gauges can “grow” while Budget-AI narrates. It’s more fun than a static wall of text — and easier to act on.

Notifications

Do you send reminders or progress notifications?

Yes — opt in to browser notifications and we’ll deliver helpful nudges like “Your monthly analysis is ready” or “Savings just climbed 5% — go you!”

You’re always in control: you can unsubscribe from your browser’s site settings at any time.

Privacy & Security

What data do you store, and for how long?

We store the budgets you save, the AI insights we generate, and (if you opt in) a searchable memory of past coaching so we can reference earlier wins. You can delete your budgets and insights from your account area.

Troubleshooting

I didn’t receive my emailed PDF report — help!

First, check Spam/Promotions. Then verify your account email and try again. Still stuck? Email support@financialqueen.app and include the date/time of your request.

Why aren’t push notifications showing up?

Make sure you allowed notifications in the browser. On desktop, check the site’s lock-icon permissions; on mobile, verify system-level notification settings. If you changed devices, re-enable notifications in the app so we can register your new subscription.

Accounts & Billing

How do I delete my data or close my account?

Open the account area and remove your saved budgets or insights. If you want us to delete your account entirely, email support@financialqueen.app from the address on file.
