4) Subscriptions, Billing, and No Refunds

• Fees & Auto-Renewal. If you purchase a subscription or membership, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge you the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription terms, pricing, and features are disclosed at checkout and may change as permitted by these Terms.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time via your account settings or by following the instructions provided in the Services. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you will retain access until then.
• NO REFUNDS. Except where required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to fees for partial periods, unused Services, downgrades, promotional pricing, setup fees, and one-time digital product purchases.
• Trials & Promotions. Any free trial or promotional offer is offered at our discretion and may be modified or terminated at any time. Trials convert to paid plans unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of authorization.
• Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and government charges. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

5) Digital Products & Downloads

Access to downloadable content, templates, courses, or other digital materials is provided upon purchase. Because digital goods are immediately accessible, we do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.

6) License and Intellectual Property

The Services and all content therein (including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks) are owned by Financial Queen or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7) Your Content

If you submit, upload, or share content through the Services (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise use your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

8) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, harmful, harassing, or deceptive activity.
